Fernando Bodstein
Longtime executive at IBM Corporation, serving as CFO of IBM Venezuela, treasurer of IBM Brazil and former General Manager of IBM Brazil Leasing.  Currently a member of the Board of Directors of the IBM Brazil Pension Fund.  Fernando has over 30 years of finance, business development and management experience relating to Latin America.  Fernando holds a BS in electrical engineering from State University, Rio de Janeiro and an MS in finance from Catholic University, Rio de Janeiro.

Jose Pio Borges
Former Executive Vice President for the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI).  Prior to CEBRI, Jose served as President of the Brazilian National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES). Jose Pio Borges currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Petrobras.  Pio Borges has over 30 years of experience in the petrochemicals industry.

Mario Gurian Neto
Founding member of Heliagro Agricultura e Pecuaria Ltda.  Former CFO of Produzir, a joint venture between DuPont and Bunge.  Mario has over 35 years of expertise in international finance and industry.  Former CFO of DuPont's Agriculture and Nutrition business in Latin America.  Executive member and former director of IBEF (Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives) and former Chairman of the Economic Affairs Committee of SINDAG (Union of Agriculture and Crop Protection Product Industries).  Mario is an economist who received his MBA from the University of Sao Paulo.

Rakesh Kaul
Senior Advisor to Carlyle’s Consumer and Retail Group where he explores acquisition, management and disposition of investment opportunities within the consumer sector. He is the Chairman of Spherenomics, LLC, an Indo-US Marketing and Outsourcing Solutions provider for Consumer Branded companies. He serves on the Board of Directors for Oriental Trading Company and is also the Chairman of Valley Paints based in Bangalore, India.  Rakesh has worked extensively in Japan, China, India, Canada and the US for 30 years.

Elliot Quint
Elliot has over 25 years of experience in the oil and energy markets, having supervised oil supply, blending, hedging, speculative trading, operations and transportation issues.  Elliot is a former Senior Vice President and head of Supply and Distribution at Global Partners LP in Boston, one of the largest wholesale distributors of petroleum products in the United States.  Prior to joining Global Partners, Elliot was a commodity trader at Global Petroleum Corporation.  Elliot received his BA in economics from Columbia University. 

Marie Yuvienco
Marie is currently Corporate Counsel for WebMD LLC.  Prior to WebMD, Marie served as General Counsel of Medsite, Inc.  Marie is a member of the New York Bar.
