EvertJan Bulder, Chairman of the Board
Currently Manager of Business Development of Argos Groep BV, one of the leading independent oil companies in Northwestern Europe with annual revenue of over $2.5 billion.  At Argos, EvertJan focuses on the development and acquisition of upstream assets.  EvertJan has over 17 years of petroleum industry experience in trading, marketing, storage and logistics at Total, Tamoil and Bollore Group.  EvertJan is based in Rotterdam.

Sundeep Bhan, Director
Sundeep is a co-founder of Terasol Energy. He served as the CEO of the Company from June 2007  until July 2009. He also served as the Chairman of the Board from June 2007 until January 2010. Sundeep is an experienced entrepreneur. Previously, Sundeep was the CEO  of Medsite, Inc (sold to WebMD in 2006). Before founding Medsite, he served as President of Oblisk Interactive, LLC, a healthcare software company.  Sundeep is passionate about doing things that make a difference. He has tried to apply technology in helping solve issues in the areas of energy and healthcare.  Sundeep is based in New York and Brazil.
